I'm not 100% sure, but I think anything to do with Animals sexually, including their gibantic Penii, violates the TOS.

Animals are mentioned in the rules, but I think these were probably in reference to bestiality, though I don't think that is particularly specified. Personally, I see no problem with this sort of content, the biological world around us is incredibly diverse and this video merely shows a tapir and its reproductive organs which are designed over years of evolution. I would be shocked if this content was censor worthy by LPSG, so while admittedly not tasteful to many people who are not expecting to see a large animal penis, I see nothing wrong with this post.
