While we have a rule against conversations directing people Telegram, this thread was allowed as an exception because it deals with members who happen to have this a preferred IM platform to connect with each other for simple conversation. We see this as a legitimate way to connect in this case. Please do not start other threads like this so that the conversation stays here, and if you see anything that deviates and could point instances that fall under the reasons that we don't allow Telegram channel promotion on the rest of the site, please use the report button.
