Tenga Deep Throat Cup

I bought a Tenga Deep Throat Cup today and it worked amazingly well! I want to ask anyone for cleaning advice though, the silicone/squishy interior doesn't seem to come out of the casing so I can't invert it and wash it thoroughly as I'd like to. Theres also a ring of "fabric?"/ring near the entry that seems to hold lube in it, do I need to clean this as well? is that part okay to keep wet, or should I just discard it after the first use?
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

I think I meant the original vacuum cup, my bad! Are you serious about the single use? the clerk who sold it to me said I can wash and reuse it that's so lame

And people definitely do that (wash and reuse).

Tenga makes both single-use and reusable devices.

U should get the flip zero. White is for long sessions. Black can be intense..
