Hey guys I hope everyone is doing okay. I just wanted to share something with you cuz it made me a little sad and angry about Steve Raider and other well known instagram guys. I am running an instagram account with almost 55k followers and I generally share pics and reposts of these famous Instagram guys like Steve Raider, Eliad Cohen etc. And I am also subscribed to Steve's onlyfans page. Ok to wrap it up, couple days ago Steve shared a pic on his onlyfans page and I really liked it. Of course I knew that I can't share it with visible dick, I blurred it perfectly (nothing can be seen), I tagged his name and also put the name tag on pic and shared it. Also at description, I mentioned him and I indicated his onlyfans page.

Yesterday, I recieved a DM (I can't copy the entire conversation cuz at the end he blocked me) from him just like;

-delete your last post.

I was so annoyed by his speech and I said;

+There is no any nudity at the image and like his other random posts with shorts and underwears, only body is visible.

-All these content is legally protected and you are stealing it now.

+I blurred it, I indicated and mentioned your name, address and onlyfans page. Now you can't threat me like this.

-Delete your last post or you will face some legal regualtions.

+You could ask it more politely and i could do that. Now you can use the report button and say something to Instagram. Then they decide it. How was your Madrid trip by the way? (I tried to change the conversation).

-This is none of your business, why all guys into my personal life that much, you guys are ..... and more attacking words...

I am not sorry Steve, this behavior was so wrong. Keep pretending like top, underestimate people who help you to make money.

As from next month, you will make 10$ less cuz I am so done with your boring content, you already became ordinary.

He didn’t want you reposting the “exclusive content” regardless of whether you blurred it or not. It sucks and it’s why we’re on this site because we want these pics but it wasn’t totally uncalled for.
It can totally bother him, i can get it but his behavior was wrong. I think..

It wasn’t polite of him to go off on you after you changed the subject but he also didn’t like that you were trying to brush the conversation into something unrelated and personal. He seems to be venting mainly and you were the unlucky target. Or maybe he’s just mad about his dumb hand tattoo? Not your fault. Sorry this happened!

Yeah, I’m kinda with him on this one. You shouldn’t have posted it in any form. It’s not just the dick that’s been paid for, it’s the entire photo. So unless you blur/obscure the entire photo, you’re essentially “stealing” content that he’s selling and posting for others to see.

Some of OnlyFans attraction is people subscribing because they don’t know what to expect. You’ve just basically shown everyone on your Insta what they can expect from him. Now whether that’s a good thing or bad thing in terms of OnlyFans subscribers is not for us to say. But as crude as it may be, these people are trying to run a “business” with their photos and videos, and I’d imagine they’d like full control of how it is advertised, shared etc.

are you serious? you are the jerk here stealing other people's content, go away!

yeah, but the thief started a thread, accusing the owner being "terrible"? talking about the audacity.
Well his attitude and the way he came at him was terrible. I'm sure if he just asked in a respectable manner for him to take it down I'm sure he would've cause most guys on only fans post pics from their onlyfans and do what this guy did and blur stuff out to tease and lure people in to subscribe to them. This guy was pretty much helping promote him

on the other hand, Steve is being really nice here, I would have just contacted IG directly for copyright infringement, 3 strikes, his 55k followers IG account will be gone (no loss though, it's just a repost spammy account )

Some legal advice guys:

In order to avoid copyright infringement the picture has to be substantially modified or "transformed" enough to satisfy a court that the final image can be considered a new work. A few or moderate changes will not protect you. Until you change the original a considerable amount, you are infringing.

totally wrong, you must get the permission first before you even think about modify anything, it's not your work, you have zero right to alter/modify/retouch to begin with

Guys I’m really not interested in getting notifications every time some idiot comes along thy thinks they understand whichever legal system it is we are discussing.

OP asked a question based on morality, not legality. And he got his answer. He was wrong.

Cheers :)

may I add, the only way you might be able to circumvent the copyright law (but only temporarily) is to transfer to a different media, like you draw a sketch based on the photo. But if the photographers register their artwork, they can still go after you for similarity. That's why Disney/DC comics/Marvel always prevail in the court regarding fan art.

Ohhi steve, is this your newest fake account?

Eh. What I don't get is why these instagram stars think that the content they publish online is sacred. It's as if they have never heard of pornhub, or all the sites that existed well before pornhub. It's the digital age. These IG guys are well compensated when they go go dance. Their IG status gives them VIP treatment. Complaining about one pic on an IG page is a waste of time, especially when you think of ALL the porn stars out there who have filmed videos and had their work pirated many times over. It's just a part of life and I think Steve overreacted. He should actually be thanking the internet that it happens. I saw Samgstar at an airport once and other guys noticed him too (easy way to see who is gay lol). The internet has made them famous in a good way and now they are complaining about it? Please. The rest of us should be so lucky. These guys are flown all over the country and they are treated like celebrities from the gay population. Of course, some judgmental bitches will use slurs and call them "whores" but you know they are just jealous and ugly people.
