I've had low hangers as long as I can remember (well for a long time). I also stretch my ball sack and like my balls hanging as low as possible. A handful of mine with and without a stretcher:

I know that low-hanging nuts may be more manly looking but sometimes I wouldn't mind mine being high & tight. High & Tight helps keep the boys out of harm's way and almost eliminates the need to adjust.
