Well, so far I suppose I'm the smallest of the group responding so far. Mine are about the size of a pair of grapes.

Yes. Medium sized grapes. 7 to 8ml by orchidometer. Or a boy just entering puberty. Small with a large erect cock

I've never compared them to anything, but they're pretty hefty. As far as underwear, I stopped wearing underwear years ago. I couldn't find anything comfortable and was constantly adjusting my balls, so it's commando for me. I've never felt more comfortable and I'll never go back!
