Testosterone injections into Penis directly

I've taken testosterone supplement for over 30 years, so I can speak both from experience and the advice of doctors. Before you consider any use, I'd highly recommend a book The Testosterone Syndrome by Eugene Shippen, M.D. He says that injections are, by far, the worst delivery system - gels and creams, applied twice a day, are the best. Regarding the penis, on page 197, he says "Men who are using this form of testosterone to improve sexual function may wish to use the cream (not the gel - it will sting) on the head or shaft of the penis or on the scrotum." He goes on to say that application here will avoid a potential danger of DHT, which causes prostate trouble. In my own experience, I use the gel (generic Androgel in a pump dispenser) on my penis and don't find the "sting" objectionable (rather stimulating actually, giving me an erection right away) but that may be because I'm circumcised. I think the head of an uncut penis would be more sensitive.

Incidentally, I've had a prescription for testosterone because, in my early twenties, I worked in a factory making components for H-bombs and was exposed to considerable neutron radiation, which apparently put my testosterone levels way below normal. I'd strongly advise against using the injectable form directly in your penis.

Did it make your cock bigger?

Hmm, first I've heard that. I tried the gels and the creams. They were messy, made me grow hair on my stomach locally, and the absorption rate was terribly variable. I inject T twice a month into my thigh and it works perfectly, with repeatable results. I respect his scholarly advice; however, in my case, he's full of shit.

Here is a link to the abstract of the paper about the man in the Yahoo article as it appears in the British Medical Journal:

Idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism reversal after testosterone replacement in a 34-year-old male | BMJ Case Reports

What is very interesting is that the man, who had very low natural testosterone, was 34 years old, because this is beyond the age that further penile growth is generally considered possible. (Testosterone therapy is often used in children and young men diagnosed with a micro-penis condition, relative to their age.)

But what is most important to note is that this man was given normal testosterone injections in his body, not directly into the penis, as the name of this thread suggests. (Note that even the Yahoo article makes no mention of the penis itself being the injection site.)

There has been an ongoing debate about the effectiveness of testosterone injections vs. transdermal applications (topical gels), particularly as it relates to improving penis development. In a 1984 study, injections were found effective, and transdermal methods were not:

[Micropenis. Results of treatment with testosterone] - PubMed

However, a 2003 study found both methods to be equally effective in promoting growth of micro-penis subjects:

Testosterone therapy in microphallic hypospadias: topical or parenteral? - PubMed

One thing to note is that transdermal testosterone gel became a big business in the last 20 years, and perhaps the formulations have been improved since the early work. However, as I can attest from long use, individual results vary greatly with transdermal products.

Finally, before anyone gets their hopes too high, these were all people (regardless of age) with a very small penis. There is no reason to suggest that such treatment would offer the same degree of effect on a normal adult penis.

IF and only creams/gel dht or testosterone straight on your penis won't make it bigger in some considerable time (months), then injecting it very very highly unlikely wont either, plus it wont be very manageable method. So if very keen on it , try dht/testosterone cream/gel on your penis for months. Plus same time you can use systemic test injections in some muscle.

I disagree, pellets one can't do it himself...atleast not very reliably... I think test undec..(injection) the longest ester is the best...But this is my personal opinion .

What in the world do you mean - "you disagree"?

Pellets are by FAR the most sensible method of TRT - the "T" is released in a continuous and steady fashion and the body doesn't experience the continuous shock of an up-and-down rollercoaster like traditional shots.

I understand but, you have to go to a doctor everytime you want to have this..
.Its far simpler to have injection of test once per week that doesn't take even 5 minutes.
Up and down rollercoaster is overhyped...Was you think it's up and down..?
Even natty test is up and down , dependent of the day, sleep and diet . It goes from side to side . And most don't feel anything. Injections are even more constant than natural testo swings.
Not here to argue, i just told and explained my own opinion. Just personal opinion, without no hate.
I actually know 3 people who have got the pellets and all them went back to injections.

Nowadays you can use small slinpins for injections, no reason for the bigger ones. It's pretty easy and fast.
But everybody to their own, maybe for someone pellet is more comfortable.
