I was in the gym this morning and over heard two guys in the locker room talking about their age and testosterone. Both men in the early 60’s, one guy says I had my doctor check my testosterone because my libido seems to have dropped. The other guy said his wasn’t what it used to be either. Now the guy who said he went to the doctor said his testosterone was normal the doctor told him 550 which the doctor said was nice for his age and found no other underlying issues. And asked him if the was trouble at home or work and the man said no. So I’m curious if anyone knows what would cause a drop in libido if testosterone is normal? PS I casually walked by them just to see what kind of shape they were in and both didn’t look 60’s at all. I’m very good physical shape for their age. I did listen and heard a lot more as I took my time getting ready. I was intrigued, but too much to type out.

I'm not sure what exact issues can cause this, other than things like relationship issues, disinterest, stress, etc. But testosterone isn't the only hormone to effect your sexual health.

I think some men have a tendency to over analyze their t levels, thinking it's the cause of any and all ailments to their willy. If you're eating healthy, exercising, and hydrating, and then STILL having issues, then maybe it's time to talk hormones.
