You know it...
You do it when no one's watching...
It can occur anytime, day or night...
You feel guilty afterwards...
But you crave for it...
Some might feel ashamed but it's so good...
Who can resist?

For me, it's a bag of Doritos. When I see a bag I just wanna eat it. Once I start I gotta finish it. I just can't resist!!!
What about you? What's your weakness? Your guilty pleasure?

These stupid things. Do not put them in front of me. Ever! My husband will surprise me with a bag every so often, and I'll say I'm only going to open it a little bit and eat one every couple of hours or so. But when I go back for the second one two hours later the bag is empty. And I look around for who might be the guilty party that's been eating my treats, and then I remember it's me.

Cha gio. Paw pia tod. Fried spring rolls. Lumpia. Whatever culture/region they're from, whatever they're called (NOT egg rolls), crispy savory spring rolls, hnnnnngh. I could eat an embarrassing amount of those. Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, and so on. So delicious

Tamales. Whether they are filled with meat or poblano pepper/cheese. I need to make them myself sometime, so I can make a huge batch to keep in the freezer.

Pocky. Those lil cookie/biscuit sticks that have been dipped in chocolate. I rarely buy them because I find them way too tasty.

Cake

Attacking body hair with tweezers. I don't know why I get a thrill pulling it out by the root but I do.

@Enid - Toast with lemon curd is my kryptonite.

I can't say no.

my lazy toast love is generous flax seed oil and salt and pepper

but if there are good tomatoes i like those

or treenut cheese

this morning is was just oil & salt & pepper

i still have not ever had lemon curd from all i read you really need to make it yourself for it to be good

it sounds right up my alley tho

Wilkin & Sons is a really good lemon curd. Very pretty color, good flavor, and texture. You can order it online. I haven't seen it in stores.

I also like Dickinson's Lemon Curd. For a pre-made curd, it's pretty damn yummy. It's readily available in most markets with an International Section.

ugh! Now I am craving crumpets and lemon curd.

Binge watching shows. Like, Netflix has asked me if they should contact a relative or local services.

I first realised I had a problem when my google search history involved “Netflix show recommendation generator” as I began to run out of shit to watch :no_mouth:

I am going to order this online. Very soon. Because enid cooking = no bueno but I love the idea of being able to get it from my Amazon prime in 1 or 2 days.

I think another weakness for me, in keeping with the spirit of the OP's question, is homemade thin tortilla chips with a smoky chipotle salsa and/or refried black bean dip. Yummy. I wanted it for dinner but wasn't hungry enough to go get it so I made a lunch date to go get it tomorrow from a local place. The salsa is what I'd describe as a homemade medium smoky chipotle salsa and the refried black bean dip is basically that...the chips are great though. Thin, not too thin, dusted with spice. Very fresh

Chocolate covered almonds. I have been known to buy ten boxes from the school charity at a time. I have to keep them in the trunk of my car so I don’t eat them all at once. I just can’t help myself.

I'm gonna add bean and cheese tacos with a chipotle ranch sauce for dipping

I am on period and I hate EVERYTHING except the tacos. And sleeping. And midol

Yarn and books.

I am not to be trusted with the accumulation of either. I have no control over my impulse to fondle and acquire Smaug like hordes of both. Shelving is major issue in my life.
