Evidence of a 10 inch penis from a few hundred years ago is not evidence of a 10 inch penis today. And none have been found despite trying in the most logical way.

Also, the way you read "as much as or more than 10 inches" is only opinion. The literal translation of that would up to 10 inches or more, which like bob said covers all sizes, its a meaningless statement.
