As for the first guy, it’s possible, but we’d need a far better measurement. Someone should reach out to that guy and see if he’d do a proper ruler measurement.
As for Sly Diggler, definitely not. You are giving an insanely generous starting point, and, as per usual with you, don’t have the best understanding of taking angles into account and how they affect perceived measurements.

That first guy needs to stand up and use a hard ruler. I bet you he loses around half an inch in length. I’ve seen that happen plenty of times.
He would lose a LOT more than half an inch if he measured properly. And that's assuming the pics are legit to begin with.
Off topic to the actual reward/thread, but there are a very select handful I’d probably put at 9”. At that length it almost becomes a question of are you talking about their absolute hardest, or regular working size.

Well let me use this as an example to teach you about Error Level Analysis: Forensically, free online photo forensics tools
Upload the pic, go down to JPEG Analysis and note what Quality it has. Go to Error Level Analysis and enter that value. Now you will get something like this:

With a legitimate picture you wouldn't get any of those yellow and blue markings over the picture. I tried it with several pictures I took and they just looked dark, but with some that I warped I got those artifacts. These show that something has been done, as the Jpeg Quality is different in those places as it would be for a legitimate picture.
Additionaly you can also check the EXIF data (if it hasn't been scrubbed) to see if it has been edited in Photoshop

There's also some other tests that can be used, so whenever you expect something to be photoshopped give it a try.

Also the image analysis tools are good for a first pass but they can be tripped up by images being compressed lossily which most sites outside of professional photog sites do

The LPSG pic was uploaded in 2013 almost 10 years ago, and the user has other pics showing the same penis
To be frank I don't see the point in discussing the veracity of the picture when said user could simply step in and solve it. Given that he was mentioned in literally the very first post on the thread and is undoubttedly aware of the thread, I'm inclined to believe he doesn't have 10 inches or is simply not interested in the money.
Maybe it did originate with him. Who knows. But there’s zero debating it’s edited.

Glad you shared his profile, looking in it I found a photo that debunks everything bout him having a 10 inch dick, in this attached file the measuring tape marks almost 24 cm on the measurement (probably a fake measuring tape) and this penis is not visually (no fucking way) bigger than Mandingo for example. Or bigger than SDP’s dick, so it’s impossible he is 10 inches.

Not at all, I’m not referring about the obviously shopped picture, I’m citing that measurement he did with the same tape he uses in the edited photo, he is not bigger than Mandingo there but for the numbers it should be.
If those were unshopped pictures, then they’d be bigger than Mandingo. But that’s beside the point.
