And that is exactly why a penis does not count if it looks wrong. That marshmallow puffed smooth, and the inflammation issue is obvious. It's concerning that the guy is developing this semi-softness even when he ought to be fully erect. He seems to be in otherwise good health, but his pumping and excessive PE is hurting his EQ, and EQ itself ought to be the highest priority of penis health.
Having a dick that looks an inch longer or a a half inch thicker is not worth the price of a decline in EQ.

1. Stand Up.
2. Place a hard RULER (no tape measures allowed) on TOP of your penis.
3. Make sure the "0" (zero) is visible at the base of your penis.
4. What does the ruler show at the end of your penis?
5. Does it say 10" or more?
