The Jonas Brothers

Assuming you all are adults, I don't suppose you are the target demographic for The Jonas Brothers. The only ones that are supposed to like them are pre-teens. It's kinda like bad, very sugary candy - once your taste buds mature past a certain point you can't tolerate stuff like that. Like Miley Cyrus, they ought to be confined to Saturday morning TV.

This is true, I feel sorry that everyone thinks they suck so bad, but not everyone can suck good ya know. I do think there adorable.

they were on the show (and nominated for god's sake!) to pull in younger viewers. Just like that awful duet of taylor somebody strumming her guitar with miley cyrus warbling. awful. good thing desperate housewives came on so i could switch channels and stay there

For anyone who still watches the show, the Jonas Brothers will be the musical guests on "Saturday Night Live" this upcoming Saturday, February 14th. The host is Alec Baldwin, who is usually funny when he's on the show.

OOOH they should do a Cantene Boy Sketch with the Jonahs Brothers! :) Can you imagine!!!

Since I am still fairly new here I am checking out many different threads to get a feel of the members tastes and such. I know boards like these can have a huge variety of what people like because I am sure the members are all over the spectrum. This thread is a good example of my confusion as to why, knowing that, there is still a bunch of haterz out there that seem to need to get there two sense in just because?

You see the title of the thread-Jonas Brothers... and you do not like and even dispise them, yet you still open the thread and then just post hateful messages that border on grade school silliness. I am all for the right to an opinion, but why torture yourself? I am sure the person who started the thread didn't do so to see how many people dislike the Jonas'.
I agree with bek2335 they are a manufactured Disney product that is geared toward a specific audience. They are decent kids who value family and friendships. They have actually been around a while with both Joe and Nick doing Broadway since they were young (Nick was first at 7 years old) before they were even known/'famous'. I don't think a Broadway producer would put any unknown on stage in plays like Les Mis if thy didn't have some talent.
I do not necessarily care for their music, but give them alot of credit for doing so much and actually having alot of control over their careers at an early age. Whether or not it is sustainable after the Disney years are over is anyone's guess. If you ever heard them on a interview they are all aware of that and would not be crushed if it all ended tomorrow.

My neice is three and I recently saw a picture of her in her bedroom and there was a poster of them on the wall. It was right next to her Hanna Montana poster. Are they on Nickelodeon too? Sadly, I did see the Grammy performance and can't help but feel bad for Stevie Wonder. (Not only because he performed with them, but because the man is as big as a house these days. I mean, he's blind from birth so someone really should tell him that most people aren't wider than their keyboards and to get rid of those awful dreadlocks.) I can't say they're gay. Everyone under the age of 20 wears those same skinny pants, so I doubt their fashion has anything to do with their orientation. Every generation has their fashion that makes them look in poor taste to the one that came before them, so I guess that's what I'm getting from them.

Saw the show loved most of it, still can't tell if the older Jonas brother plays the guitar or just pretends, the way he plays cords looks like he might use a alternate tuning. The youngest actually looked like he was playing but the last song they did he played the drums fairly well. I may not care for there music but I still think there adorable.

The Jonas Bros are doomed to wither away into post child-star obscurity with major substance dependency issues, as guaranteed by their stupid "power rings".

Oh wait, they're robots. Nevermind.

And I also wanted too say that I am kind of sick of the whole Disney thing I mean it kind of makes me want to throw up sometime, it seems like just about every Disney kid or teen star think they have the gift too sing, Corbin Bleu seems like a really cool nice person, well I just don't know let me shut up now.

You know what's funny about cocks? Wear tight enough pants on a skinny frame and anyone's cock looks huge.

I was going to say the exact same thing....And can someone tell me why their so popular. Probably just another unsolved mystery like why Judge Judy is still on television
