Kirkman is releasing a surprise finale tomorrow for his long running comic series.

As a huge fan of the comic I am shocked. Even though the series wasn't at the level it was at pre-time skip, it was still pretty good. For Kirkman to end it at all is a surprise and to do so with so little notice is unbelievable.

Does anyone else care about this or am I the only Walking Dead fan on these boards?

I don't read comics, sorry.

I thought season 1 of the AMC show was great. The others didn't hold my attention too well, had to push myself to watch them and eventually gave up trying.

I have only seen the tv show

I love that show
I am also caught up on ftwd
I love how the two have merged

I have not read the actual comic yet but felt qualified enough to give my input

I don’t know if you can tweet about this kind of thing to say don’t stop or what have you

and it is never too late to start a movement

Also will someone beside YouTube Please tell me what is with the ones that walk inside of dead people’s skin

Those ones are secret ninjas

The Whisperers are a nomadic group of Hunter gatherers that live among the dead. They have an almost symbiotic relationship with the dead and travel with the herd and rely on it for defense. Their society is very brutal and ignores almost all of the niceties of Rick or even Negan's group.

They were good antagonists, but a bit over powered.

I loved this series since issue #1!!!!
I still miss my favorite characters that have died.
And i love the new ones that have been introduced afterwards.
I usually read 10-15 comic books a day(mostly back issues of marvel,dc,and defunct independent comic companies)
But tonight I'm reading issue 193 before i read anything else.
I'm hyped anyway for the new comic books that get released every Wednesday..but today..I'm extra hyped.

Just finished reading it. It was great. I am so happy he went with this ending instead of his original ending. It left me with a positive, happy feeling.

This is the defining work in the zombie genre. I don't see how anything else, even the night of the living dead series, can really top it at this point.

I’ve only read TWD comic sporadically over the years, but I did read the final issue and thought it was very well done. Probably the most realistic portrayal of what the world would look like, long term, after the whole post apocalypse phase is over and society moves on to something else

I cannot even begin to imagine what kinda stuff the store has in show.

That sucks that the comic ended and I read a while back that it would run for at least 10 years. The show, don't know about the comic. Do you read it online?

I was truly gutted when Rick's son, well

I also got into these youtubers channels debating about how what happened to Karl
When you find out that he got bit
I listened to this guy go on about how he thought the new introduction of the Whisperers
Could be an explanation as to why Karl was gonna stick around or something like maybe he was bit by a whisperer

On that show your head could be on a post next week.

Zombies walk among us everyday............some have become tricky in trying to disguise death walking though with poorly applied tan.
