When you say they don't allow piss, do you mean just watersports? I have seen plenty of onlyfans videos where guys piss in the toilet or outside.
So, I've also seen videos of guys pissing on toilets and outside but apparently it's not allowed. The same way it's not allowed on CB either. That's particularly funny in shows where the guys go shower after the cum, so they either have to piss out of the view of the camera ou turn around and cover the stream.
I think OF monitors more closely other types of content that can be WAY more problematic, so they don't go around deleting piss, but it's a possibility. That's why the public videos with piss usually only use the water droplets emoji and never say pee/piss/urine...
I've talked to a few models and they usually sell the piss videos via DM or keep it on their JFF.

Yeah. What I know it that at least 3 different guys have told me they can't post piss on their OF because it goes against the rules

Not necessarily, they "sell" it via DM or say they can't post on OF but it's on their JFF. If I see someone advertising fetish type videos (pee, sounding...) and they have both OF and JFF, I always expect the JFF to have more stuff. More people use OF so it's a smart move to open one, but JFF allows more and apparently the model experience is better on JFF. Again, that's what I've seen and heard from models.
i find it odd that onlyfans would ban certain types of content without specifying it.
if that's the case, their terms need to be updated to state that they don't allow fetish content to be distributed. they're an 18+ site with a subscription model, if they don't state specific 18+ type of content isn't allowed, they can't go around taking down content or giving warnings to users.
without that, one would easily jump to the conclusion anyone that says you need to buy through dms or go to their other paywalled account to get such content is trying to get more money from their fans under false pretense.
edit: and it makes it even more likely it's the content creators making up that lie when i've seen onlyfans content that includes fisting, which is as big of a fetish as watersports. and while watersports is pretty harmless, fisting is literally pushing a hand, or more, up someone's ass. you'd think that'd be banned too
