you can't actually send them.
the site has a feature that blocks out content that's been flagged, and theo's nudes are in that list, so if you try sending them, the site blocks it

people could just upload to a third party storage link and share that, the LPSG feature would not be able to block that
yes. i think it's what's done mostly. it's just that a lot of people cba to go find some third party to share it
