lately i've been feeling like my cock is too thin. is there anything i can do to try to thicken it up? when i'm with a woman, they say i get very deep, but i want to feel like i'm thick and filling them up more like a coke can, not just length.

i feel like with length, you can just pull on it. what can you do for thickness?

Try thickwall cylinders. They're kind of costly but they're reliable. Lots of good bathmate reviews I read. Whatever you decide, I'm sure you'll benefit from. Don't let it get you down, you know the women and stuff. I know it's hard sometimes but you may meet a women that thinks your way to big.

Perfect video. Must remember to keep that one around. Well from your photos, you'll probably bulk up quickly, you're pretty thick. Keep records, I think if you stuck with a solid routine, you'll notice a change in girth in a couple of months. On the down side, keep in mind your stretching your skin permanently. Thus leaving stretch marks in your shaft.

Jelqing with a higher degree of erection will shift the emphasis towards girth. Going above a 90%+ erection is very effective, but also risky- so take care to ease into that kind of training.
 
JELQING is the way to go. If you do it properly. I wont go through the steps just look it up. But I have been doing this exercise now for two weeks. First invest in a good electric heated muscle wrap you know the kind where you put it on your back or leg , plug it in and set the heat intensity. This works really well for the warm up. But I have dedicated time to this exercise each day for two weeks and have gained 1/2 inch so far in length both erect and flaccid. It feels heavier and looks thicker and more vascular. BUT do it properly or you will get bruising and aint nobody got time for that mess. I now measure 6 inch flaccid and almost 8 erect, incase any body was curious.But I will keep doing this to see where it takes me. OOH also do kegel exercise it will help with blood flow. Check out my log about clamping. It mainly gives girth, but it can be an intense exercise. Ease into it.
