Well I am no doctor but I know some people who got it done told me... It is all depends on fillers..... But getting implants also increase the length... But in my opinions I am not fan of implants specially it bit risky.... To Get that...

And there is a Penis lenghting surgery a surgical procedure that increases the length of the penis. The most common technique for this surgery involves cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone....

Surely if hypothetically Fozzy wanted to get surgery done on his penis, wouldn’t his main issue be to correct his phimosis first. I really don’t think it’s been injected with fat. Yes it buldges in curious ways but I think this is more to do with his phimosis.
