It's a photoshop but disguised well. Aside from the questionable size, look at the base of the cock and see how it does not line up with the belly button. This shift to the left is because they photo-shopped a longish dick overall. meaning they expanded both width and length, opposed to just adding length, like some cheap fantasy pics do. Now you may ask why it is shifted to the left, it is because when making the dick larger overall the placement of the shadow left by the frosted glass would shift. So now the line of shadow doesn't line up with that of the glass. To make it look right they lined up the shadow and just erased what cock was in the way of the original frosted glass, and because the cock is turned it hides the fact that the middle of the shaft sits askew from the center of his legs.

I could be wrong but this is what I would guess, if its real I hope we get to see some more of it.

I'm no expert but, if I understand what you are saying, it is possible that the left leg being forward might make a cock of that size, from the angle of the camera, to appear off center. I'm guessing that when you are well hung, your cock gets shifted around by your legs a lot. I'm not saying it isn't 'shopped, however.

While it was shown to be shopped in another thread I think. It's not so big that it could be dismisse dout of hand as being absurdly huge. It looks about 8"-9" which with a downward pointing semi could easily fool people.
There's a vid on another thread of a ugy cvalled 10inch rican who does the same trick and he looks about 9" soft at the beginning of the vid.
