The first part of season 1 is the worst, you should give it a chance because it gets quite entertaining after that. Plus, its important to support shows with such heavy queer storylines, otherwise, they'll stop producing them. .

I've not seen season Two yet but One was really terrible. Gossip Girl isn't really apart of the show like the original and I believe they tried to be too progressive with this one. I get that lots of the plots and characters in the original dont age very well but it's just fiction.

This could've just had a different name completely but then they wouldn't get the previous Gossip Girl fans to watch out of curiosity.
