Three balls?

Can a man really be born with three balls?
I've heard this phrase used before, but I don't know if the person saying it was joking or serious.
So, I ask you now: can a man really have three balls--or is that just a sexual urgan legend??? Thanks for your info!

Never have heard of anyone I know having three, but I have actually met guys with extra nipples. Maybe extra testes is not that different.

I don't know, but I know the biggest guy I was ever with sure felt like he had 3 the first time I reached down there and touched them- it REALLY freaked me out for a while, till i erm, visually inspected and realized no, thankfully, only 2 were present. but wow, I still remember the feelings of 'oh god do i comment on this?' and 'Is this normal'? I am SO glad i didn't say anything to him at that moment!!

Trust me, I know for sure that there is a guy in LA with three balls. One time while I was visiting friends I hooked up with this guy, really hot guy and we started feeling each other up and I had my hand down his pants and felt one two wait was that three balls, Dude, had three balls. Kind of freaked me out, I know very shallow of me but just not what I was expecting. No urban myth here.

Just a curious question... Considering some of those weird and wonderful programs on TV about absorbed twins ( Parasitic twin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) as example only surely 4 testes would be the norm rather than 3???

Yes there are people with more than 2 testicles. It also happens in the animal world. We whethered one of our goats last year, and after his sac dessicated and fell off he developed an infection. We took him to the vet at the local teaching hospital and they removed his other 4 testicles that were still inside his body cavity.

I don't want to spoil the fun but they could also suffer from testicular cancer, check your balls, it may be three or it may be something else.
