I have 2 oxballs, a clear one that's fairly thick and also a thinner one. They work when I'm flaccid but as soon as I get hard, the balls retract. They're silicon and pliable. Maybe too much but they still are very tight to put on. I couldn't imagine a metal one being able to put on.

I have the exact same problem. I've kind of given up one one piece cockrings. I use either magnetic 2 piece metal rings or adjustable ones That are a strip of leather that fastens together by velcro or snaps. You run the strip under your balls. Then attach the ends. I tried to find pics but just gave up and took my own.

Here's what the metal one looks like. The only thing to remember is that you connect the magnets one end at a time to avoid hair or skin getting caught. For me it's def a two-handed job.

Point is cockrings only work for me if i can hook the ring behind my balls, pull the ring up into position, and then fasten it.

I have fairly low hangers so almost all my underwear have big pouches to hold my.gear I don't think my balls have ever been that tight would love to know how it feels to have a tight sack
