Tom Blyth (actor)

Daniel Craig was the lead in several big, Oscar-nominated films before Bond.
If you're referring to Elizabeth, Road to Perdition, or Munich, he's not the lead of any of those films. And I agree with them, the next Bond should be someone who doesn't have a lot of pre-existing impressions of him.

And those are the pre-existing impressions people have of Tom... A HUGE SLUT

so happy for tom and everyone else involved in the movie!! this is a big deal

with that said, I wish the film was a more book accurate as that would have made it cuter. netflix should release the full balcony scene in celebration
From what I’ve read of the book, I thought the film was a really good adaptation, or at least what a good adaptation should be.

That being said, I’m all for a full uncut version of the balcony scene. My only gripe is that we didn’t get a proper look, like, come on, Tom is fully naked and not even one shot of his ass ? Thanks, Netflix.

that's fair. I don't think it was a bad adaptation and obviously there will be things from the book that don't make the film. that's just how things go.

the sex scene was apparently very steamy and book accurate, so he would've (guessing here) gone down on her at least. the reason why it was edited in the final cut was because the original screening audience felt it was too much for the tone of the film overall.

In a weird way, I’m glad the sex scene wasn’t too steamy, because when it’s really explicit, it tends to become the only thing people talk about. Sometimes I even wonder if people shouldn’t just watch porn instead of a film or TV show.

In PWMOV’s case, I’m very glad the dance scene, for example, ended up being the most "iconic" moment in the movie. Rom-coms don’t need graphic sex scenes, the classics never did or maybe I’m wrong.
