I have, but I think he should get help in that case rather than publicising it. Unpopular opinion maybe but if people with spectacularly stunning bodies like that say they hate their bodies, then I feel it would make the rest of us feel even worse about ourselves. I have a hard enough time believing I will find love without one of the hottest guys in the world saying his body is something that can possibly be hated. But yes, I completely appreciate that mental health does not discriminate.
You’re right, mental health does not discriminate. The fact that he is such an incredible body and still has body issues is enough to show he has body dysmorphia. I think the fact that it’s so prevalent in gay male culture and Tom is such a high profile celebrity talking openly about it is actually refreshing to see.

He likely feels ENORMOUS pressure to maintain his body because people will always judge him for his appearance. You clearly have no understanding of how body dismorphia works.
I think he is being unduly modest. Physically he is a perfect specimen, the upper body is beautiful, he clearly has no problem showing it off. My only problem with Tom is that the voice doesn't match the body, and the knitting and cooking seems overly camp. I can only assume his "body issue" is perhaps he doesn't think he is "big enough" - he has grown up with lads and men naked, or nearly naked, but frankly, that is not something that bothers me - the dick is a very small part of what makes a man attractive. Sadly many guys like to imagine a twelve inch whopper and it is clear that Tom doesn't have that - he would look frankly ridiculous if he did. I would say he is well in proportion.

IMO Tom gets an undue amount of hate from some people because of his level of media saturation. He was made the de fact face of TEAM GB years ago and some people just love to dump on him the way people dump on any celebrity that is media pushed.
