Not true. He posts crazy stuff and then deletes them a couple of hours later. Recently he posted a QR code given to him by a medical facility / lab that only he would have access to. It contained his very private medical records and lab results.
A couple of hours after he posted it, having been challenged by a number of his followers for posting such private / confidential stuff, he deleted it. He must have been high at the time he posted it. No sane person would publicly post a QR code, which exposes his medical record to all, on social media.
