Parole violation. He was released into a halfway house and some of the guys at that house started trouble because they knew he did gay porn. A fight ensued, and everyone made their way back into the slammer.

Tom has an extensive conviction history. His real name is mentioned in the story, and Texas criminal convictions are public record, so you can do a bit of sleuthing. (Or, I guess, check one of the actual Tom Faulk threads already on this site instead of creating a new one.)

Thanks for the explanation. I do hope he will get a good lawyer because from what you're saying it sounds like he wasn't at fault.
