Tommy D.....

I'm sorry but this isn't true. Remember Samuel O'Toole's exit? He was supposed to join other studios but something happened, lashed out at his fans and got employed at Pepboys. That's drama
I remember. There were several around that time, Rod Daily, Marcus Mojo, that blonde uncut guy I can’t remember his name REALLY lashed out publicly in several bad grammar and spelling posts complaining how he has fired without notice and treated badly etc. Reminded me when Jeff Palmer was fired from Falcon(?)

But then we had TommyD the Gold standard. He was like the opposite of those whiners.

Tommy you were one of the best and your era of porn was great. My favourites scenes of you were with hoyce and of course nash Lawler.

One thing about you next door boys once you're done you disappear without a word drama free.
I wouldn't say that, there was definitely drama here and there but it was usually kept behind closed doors. I always had a plan to retire around the age of 30. I had 8 years in the industry and it was a good run and a lot of fun but as I've said before the last couple years it really started to feel more like an assembly line just churning out the same stuff just with different guys. I got to the same point with my construction career as well, after 12 years of doing the same job there just wasn't anything new and exciting about it. Now that I do IT I feel more challenged on a regular basis and constantly run into new things to troubleshoot that I have not encountered before and of course technology is constantly evolving so it just stays new and fresh.

"There was definitely drama here and there but it usually kept behind closed doors" exactly that. Sorry maybe I didn't articulate myself properly, in any job they'll be some drama but what I liked about that era of porn time you didn't really hear about it. Now it's a free for all

Hey Tommy

You are part of that whole new generation of gay-for-pay performers that revolutionized the industry back in the 2000's.

My question is: do you think that a lot of those guys were actually straight or do you genuinely believe that some of them were more in the middle than they would like to admit?

I'd say there was a good mixture. In my experience most of the guys that weren't fully gay were primarily into women but definitely open to exploring and having fun with men. I'd put myself in that same category. I lived in the bay area where it was socially acceptable to do pretty much whatever you wanted so I think a lot of the actors I got to work with got the same experience I did with getting to use porn to experiment with their sexuality without the complications of doing it through actual relationships. The ones that were straight but just doing it for the money you could really tell pretty easily by their performances and those guys were the worst. Scenes took forever because they'd have to take their boner pills then have their straight porn playing somewhere off scene to be able to jerk themselves hard and it often took them a long time to get their money shot off. Thankfully I didn't have to work with too many of those guys. I really was one of the lucky ones when I compare my career to some of my friends that worked in the industry. As I often say there's no way I would have had a successful career on the Pro side of the industry. The shit they put those guys through was insane and the pay was less than what I was making.

I can confirm this is me as of within about a year and I thank the person for posting it not revealing my real name to everyone since if you have this picture you clearly know what it is. I also commend the mods on this site for removing the pictures of the other gentlemen that looked similar to me from this thread as I have reported them so as to not cause any unwarranted drama in his life.
I just want to say thank you Tommy for all the porn you gave us and magnificent memories, also, you look Stunning asusual

I said that because I met some of your porn collegues and I can confirm they were genuinely straight even though they always gave us great performances in front of the cameras. Rod Daily and Vince Ferelli are some of those examples.

I also believe that the backlash against most G4P performers started because of the close mindedness and homophobic attitude some of these straight dudes adopted throughout their respective journeys in the industry. But I sincerely think that guys such as Rod or Vince shouldn't be compared to the Cody Cummings of this life. #justsaying

Miss Daily straight? Puh-lease
Backlash is justified- for the same reason why straight men don't want their fav pornstar to be lesbian who is turned off by men irl.

I literally don't think straight men care at all actually. The only people I see this invested and obsessed with porn stars sexual identities are gay men.

I'd say Rod was more like me in the sense that he was mostly dating women in his private life but was open minded and liked to experiment with his sexuality and used porn as a way of doing that.

You can have your opinion but you literally have tommy who knows these guys and worked with them clarifying what happened.

Dont be so hard headed and sticking to how you FEEL when you've got people who met and knows these guys telling you this is who they actually are

Mostly dates women =/= being straight
Most bi men only/mostly dates women;doesn't prevent from them from enjoying gay sex and men.
Also what parts of "liked to experiment with sexuality and used porn to do it" speak straight to you- if you actually read previous pages TD spoke very negatively about those few fully str8 guys he had to work with and always said what he thought about them....straight men do not go into porn to experiment with their sexuality- bi guys do.
Also you accusing me of being closed minded but when there are several claims made by performers that some str8 identified guy mess around with other models/civilians off camera you reject them.
I didn't expect that from you.

It just confirms that most G4P models are bi men that diodn't want to admit it. Now that it's more socially acceptable, lots of former G4P are admitting to their bisexuality.
I think that was just a product of the time frame of which I was in the industry and where I lived. I was in California in the bay area where nobody cared if you were gay/bi/trans, etc. But I also worked with people from places like Wyoming where when their family and friends found out they did gay porn it literally ruined their lives and they were shunned by their friends and family.

Likely a result of us now living in the social media age and everything you can do for clicks and drama drives clicks. I tried to avoid the drama as much as possible. My time was pretty pleasant. For the most part we showed up, did our shoots and went home and that was about it but there wasn't much in the way of social media back then. It was basically Myspace and I think maybe Facebook towards the end of my career. Most of my interaction with my fanbase was directly via my website by email or my webcam shows.

Wish we could go back to that time tbh. All this "drama" is boring at best and at worst just depressing (when some of these people have terrible or idiotic views). No offense to you as a former sex worker. But as far as I'm concerned, porn stars should be seen and not necessarily heard.

We appreciate you guys for your bodies, your libido and your performance, we want to escape real life and bust a fat nut. That's it.

I don't think most viewers care about their favorite porn stars political or social hot takes (Some bizarrely do of course, but I think they are a loud minority). And this isn't to say you shouldn't have an account here to talk to fans Tommy, my point is mostly referring to social media websites that are dragging the species down year by year. You seem like a level headed, normal person for the most part, without some obnoxious agenda or chip on his shoulder

This is what I tried to say before but I dont think I articulated myself well lol. I completely agree with you and we lived through that time to know it was much better. There was so much less noise
