I paused the vid at the point where you see the whole thing, measured the length of it and the non-covered length. In case it is a 7 inch condom, the uncovered length is around 1,5inches which would make him around 8,5 inches. In case the condom is 8 inches long, it would make an uncovered length of around 1,7 inches which would make him 9,7 in total length.
