I typically am a bottom and am pretty good at what I do. I actually really love bottoming and everything about it. Recently (past year or so) I've been wanting to top a lot more, as in I feel that if my penis doesn't go in something it's going to go crazy. I have always enjoyed blowjobs but the person I routinely have sex with is a top.

Here's where my dilemma is at. He wants to bottom sometimes and I want to top him too. When we go to have sex and I am the top and he is the bottom my penis is literally like a limp noodle and just won't do anything so we have to wait and (hope) that my penis will wake up eventually but it rarely does. I don't have a large penis but it's definitely average or at least above average. I've topped him successfully a few times and it was great and he liked it but other than that it's just been a dud. I don't have an erection issue when I am bottom I can get hard instantly when I am bottoming and when I get a blowjob I can get hard really quickly too.

We smoke weed a lot and have done recreational drugs so I am not sure if that is not helping my erection. I am also an avid porn watcher and will jerk off once a day (COVID-19 has made it more than that). I really don't know what to do and I want him to enjoy bottoming but I feel like I am letting him down.

Ok, i can only advice what helps erections.

1. NoPorn - Will make you easier aroused by less stimulation.
2. No jerking off without your partner, stick to them only. - hornier more often as producing less prolactin from orgasm + increases sensitivity so penis will get harder.
3. The 5gs. Ginger, Ginko biloba, Garlic, Green tea & Ginseng. - These have helped my erections massively.
4. Maybe practice edging with a pocket pussy, if you can get fully erect to fuck that then your problem maybe porn induced..
5. You could also try clomid or hcg to increase t levels. I've recently started on clomid and jesus christ things are getting better for me. cured my no MW issue :D
6. Low intensity cardio. If you can get your cardio up you will most definetly have better erections
7. Squats - Correct form squats will stretch your pelvic floor and strengthen it. This will give you stronger erections by more correct pelvic strength.
8. L-Citrulline. - More nitric oxide = better erections.
9. If your issue is purely arousal in certain positions.. Maca might help a lot and maybe tribulus.

Thank you! I actually purchased a Fleshjack (Fleshlight) a month or so ago and have no problem with getting an erection with that so I am probably assuming that it's just porn related. Thank you again!

This is a great list. I found that exercise of any kind always made me hornier. The most intense the exercise, the fuller was my erection.

I would stay off the recreational drugs and marijuana. They dull the senses, and, may contribute to your inability to get hard.

I knew many male strippers back in the day, most of whom used drugs. It dulled their erections. They said that their erections were spongy, which was what they wanted. The spongy erection was enough to turn on fat, old and ugly men, so that they part with their 5's and 10's more quickly.

Hi I am trying L-arginine, ginko biloba, tincture of celery seed in water, tincture of saw palmetto in water, fenugreek, Lecithin together.

On top of that I take vitamin C, D3, E, B Complex, Biotin, Calmag, magnesium, zinc, Omega 3, cod liver oil, coenzyme Q10, glucosamine (for joints), collagen capsules.

Do you think taking all these together is bad for me? I am very healthy normally. I notice hair and skin are far healthier looking. But I worry that it's too much. I take about 20 capsules a day. Any experts who can offer an opinion?
