I didn't realized he had any until now lol. Was it recent? He's pushing 50 and they look horrible.
He's had one on his calf for ages. The mid-life crisis tattoos on his thighs are new, unfortunately.
He got the one on the back of his calf a long time ago (no idea, but 10 years ago maybe since he looks younger in pics with it?), but the rest he got in the last 5 years for sure (thigh tattoos etc)
Does he actually do his own posts or does his manager? They are often pretty homoerotic. But photos are obviously all AI created by his photographer manager.

Manager Yanni does all (almost all) the social media. Trevor confirmed it directly.
And I agree, it’s pretty awful. Not just the AI, but also the “engagement” posts where he’ll post a random thing like a video of it snowing somewhere random and a caption saying “Does it snow where you are?” Terrible.
Yanni has limited Trevor’s career and Trevor just lets him have way too much control. It’s absolutely bizarre.
I’ve met him many times. He’s definitely not out to anyone and not acting on it.

Unless you count posing for lots and lots of couple-coded pictures with his (formerly live-in) manager and their dogs/children.
I mean, I agree. It’s super weird. And Yanni seems overly controlling and protective and in love with Trevor (from both my in person interactions with him as well as what he posts). But Trevor is denying it all and acting like he’s straight. A couple girl friends saw him on Raya, another went on a date with him (friend of a friend, but she 100% went on a date with him and it went nowhere). Trevor also has talked in interviews about wanting to meet a wife and travel the country in an RV with her and his dog.
Very much not out and is not acting on it with any guys at all. IF he was ever dating his manager (who is very unattractive compared to Trevor and a total mismatch with looks and personality), then he is the only person or one of very few who knows.

He still gets work but apparently this manager’s creepiness and the homo-erotic posts between each other make even Hollyweird leery of doing business with them.
Any talk of marrying is just for career and image. Poor guy needs to make his money, find a normal guy and get out of that town and the business.

They aren’t together. They haven’t lived together for many years. Trevor spends his time living it two different cities throughout the year, both hours away from his manager in LA.
After reading more posts from other sights, I’m not buying it. Way too many people have direct knowledge and say they may not officially live together but lots of nights spent together. That’s not just loyal friendship for two older single men.
It’s really no big deal but trying to pretend otherwise when all these people in the industry say it’s true is just silly.

I think Trevor is gay and closeted. Yanni knows. But they aren’t dating.
And Trevor is way out of his league.
