Someone with internalized homophobia, which isn't an actual thing btw. There is no such diagnosis. It's a bullshit term. But if someone had ingrained a fear of homosexuality internally, they would NEVER label themselves as gay! The human psyche would fracture from such a contradiction. They'd end up committed or dead. Secondly, it was a bit of a joke to begin with of course he can sit like that and be straight... But those mannerisms aren't typically exhibited by straight men at least outside of "old fashioned" ones (wait isn't that statement ageist? Maybe I'm just ignorant who knows.
