I wouldn't say great album, besides the singles most of the other songs kinda sound the same. Unfortunately Troyes voice is not that great and he doesn't have an interesting vocal tone to make up for it (hence why a lot of his vocals are auto tuned and distorted to make it more interesting). And considering it's projected to not even go top 20 on the album chart, yeah it's kinda flopping. Streams are kinda low for such huge hype it had on social media.

He did a jazz-ish version of Rush in the BBC Live Lounge that pretty much backs up what you said. He’s got a nice voice but limited vocal range, you could hear/see him straining. The singles are fun, but I don’t need the whole album.

I am just surprised the ablbum has 10 songs and it is only 32 minutes. The songs are very short.

I feel like you must not listen to a lot of modern pop albums ddd. I wish there were more songs on the album, but the fact that only 1 song on the album is shorter than 3 minutes is actually shocking. 32 minutes is quite long for a 10 track pop album these days.

That seems like a really good decision as there are a few trolls on this thread that seem to have a demeaning kink. No matter how hot Troye looks or how acclaimed music he puts our, they keep repeating the same farfetched attempts at humiliation completely unrelated to his looks or his music.

It's clear to me that some people's kink on here, the haters, is to belittle/diminish guys they find hot (a variant of the "you're nothing but a worthless cumdump").

“He does not have the bone structure” is a wild statement when the person in question looks like this and has a unique kind of beauty unlike many models with more standard looks. Troye just doesn’t have to let his work depend on his looks because of his talent.

That's...not what they said They were making a point about chart placings not being everything, and that plenty of songs/albums don't chart all that high but still make their way into the popular vernacular. They just happened to use a Beyonce song as an example.
