On topic, no single thing does it for me everytime it depends on too many factors not least my own mood. I draw a subtle distinction between being physically aroused (horny) and turned on. I can be aroused without being turned on for example but seldom the other way round.

Generally I need to be turned on mentally for the experience to be more than a purely physical 'release', though paradoxically the raw physicality can be a turn on in itself.

As to what makes me horny. From a physical perspective I'm fairly predictable, but the most amazing body will seldom get me 'turned on' if the owner is vapid. Mentally, raw physical attractiveness plays second fiddle to a fertile imagination; a sense of humour, a smell, some unspoken 'connection', the right words, the right look in their eyes and so on.

Finding the two combined in the same person is a dream come true....the possiblities for ecstasy are endless.

For me. Turned on is a mental and Physical thing. I can always get horny that's pretty simple. Being turned on goes way beyond a mere erection. Maybe saying it's a 'mental' erection could describe it.
