You used a plasma pen after tying? How does it affect the skin? Does it make the scar tissue diminish, or just flatten it? Does it change the color of the scar tissue? How many times do you go over with the plasma pen?

It flattens it out, makes it smooth, and diminishes it's appearance. It's not a miracle fix but it allows you to neaten up, and improve the final cosmetics, of tying.
You can also use it to remove skin tags, pearly penile papules, Fordyce's spots etc.

it gets rid of any small excess skin and flattens or smooths everything out. This includes and scar. I used it about 4 times and let everything heal before doing another application. patience results in the best outcome IMHO

I'm considering having my frenulum removed by a doctor.
It's a bit short, but not excessively so.
I would do it because it's much more aesthetically pleasing.
