I'm uncut and I keep over the glans. When I'm flaccid my foreskin covers the entire glans and hangs off of the tip as well, but when erect it usually just retracts on its own, sometimes all the way, other times 4/5 of the way. If I were to manually pull it back when fully erect it could cover the whole glans.
