Yup. Depends on the bar, I guess. But I’ve seen just about everything. I usually wear trunk-style briefs. And the cool thing is there are all sorts of folks on display, all different looking, and all having a great time.

Indeed I had ..in San Francisco there is a gay bar on Castro street .. they had a n underwear night, it was fun .. a bit cold out in the street but you could go out on the street and no one bothering you not even the cops, but boy I had to much fun with a hottie, the they ask us to stop or leave, so we left together went to his place and have the fun continue … but it was nice the must guys were in their underwear only .. unlike here if there is an underwear party at one of the gay clubs only 2 or 3 people do it, amongst those would be me … sad !!

i did and i had been to the gym earlier in the day so i was actually wearing underwear and it was a jock strap. Made for a couple of interesting pool games. hahaha.
They have them every Thursday night at the bar I frequent. I have a whole drawer of underwear, even long johns for winter, that have been custom tailored with a swinging pouch for my meat.
