Guys, I know part of this cumshot is CGI. But I think I have figured out which part is fake and which part is the real Karl Glusman cum. I slowed down and brightened the video.
From the start of the cumshot at 0:45 - 1:45 looks 100% CGI. Then from 1:45 to the end is the real Karl G. cum.
Also, for the cum scene, I think Karl is standing up and not laying on his back. You can tell as the cum is dripping down.
Also, look at how the cum interacts with the hand. Looks unrealistic how the cum just disappears from her thumb.
