I don’t know that it has anything to do with anal sex. I used to be plagued with UTIs often until I started making sure I pissed after I came (usually from jerking off). Also, drink lots of water to flush your system out.

Yeah not just anal, i am susceptible to UTI from oral too. i try to piss right after but sometimes still UTI. sucks. Life should not be this way....

If you can, I’d go see a Urologist. There are antibiotics that will clear it up, but they have to determine what type of bacteria is causing the problem. Also, the doctor can determine if an enlarged prostate might be the culprit.
