I do it sometimes, people say you can't get suction, but i get pretty good suction. The pressure isn't as high though.

Is it dangerous?

I do. It's a different pump, which is why I wanna get a regular air pump now.

But you're right, it's hard to get a good amount of pressure.

I also tend to see more swelling lengthwise when I use it with use air.

Not dangerous. And sometimes I fill my air pump with water. It's cool to have options. Rather entertaining as well.

I'll pump with water, rest a bit, then pump with air.

Not sure if that'll work for other people, but for me, it makes the donut effect fade a bit. It also makes it feel more like a hardened erection, instead of the usual "soft" inflation I get from using water.
