Yes indeed, quite often ... it adds considerably to the pleasure of being huge and rock hard. Years ago, I used Viagra, then Cialis (lasts longer and fewer side effects, at least for me), and most recently tri-mix (which has no side-effects at all, just a hard cock for up to 4 hours). Pumping can be amazingly pleasurable with enhancements ... I often smoke weed as well just to intensify my focus on the pleasure. I also think it improves the size gains with pumping, since you're at your absolute hardest (most expanded) in the tube ... and it's that stretching that produces the permanent gains over time.
I have before, loved it. Seemed to get better results with the Viagra making my body want to put blood there, and the pump sucking it there. I'd highly recommend it!
Theoretically it makes sense. Theory: to grow you’ve got to push the volume hard and deep. Vasodilators will help.

It's different for everyone. At the 100 mg dose I get horrible migraine headaches. Absolutely not worth the hard cock. Lower doses make me stuffed up like I have a bad head cold. Cialis worked really well at the low daily dose, but I had back pain in the mornings after about 5 days. Once I was up and moving the pain went away, but getting out of bed was rough. Some people get one thing, some get miltuple, some people get blue vision from Viagra. It's worth trying them individually and seeing which works best for you.
One Viagra is pretty much useless. The pills from different companies are of different chemicals and amounts. Ive found you need 5 normal Viagra to equal a 20 mg Cialis. And with my condition, I need two of the 20 mg Cialis to get something going on. Waay too much money to spend on pills for the little performance I get out of them if used sparingly.
