I had a similar problem back in my younger days when I used a condom. The condom would tend to slide down because of what is called penoscrotal webbing. I had no idea that I had that affliction at the time. I cant state the source because i dont remember, but it said a deep rooted, even subconscious correlation between sex and shame cause the person to get it over with as soon as possible.
