Can we have videos where we are not required to “upgrade” to view?
Just refresh the page when the time ends with 3 (like at 17:33, 17:43, 17:53, 18:13, etc...)

Could you please explain what do you mean by "when the time ends with 3"? What are you referring to? The URL bar? Because i don't see any numbers there with the format you say (17:33, 17:43, 17:53, 18:13, etc...). Thanx in advance!
