From what I can find, Rocco Siffredi said in a 2021 interview to promote his book, Sex lessons. Il mio corso di educazione sessuale, that he has had sex with men and considers himself "Allsexual" (source). Since the book is in Italian, I'm not sure if it adds any further clarification.

I don't see any evidence of Rocco having engaged in sexual activity with men on camera, aside from participating in group scenes, including MMF threeways and gangbangs.

He produced, directed, and starred in a handful of movies with trans women around 2006 and 2007.
