im weighing in a little late on this thread, but, man, warren cuccurullo blows me away. i got a ‘missing persons’ vinyl album, spring session m. my fave track is a song called ‘words,’ co-written by terry bozzio (who also notably played drums for frank zappa) and warren cuccurullo. i think it may have been missing persons’ biggest hit. but i just put the lp on, and the first track is a song called ‘noticeable one,’ co-written by terry & dale bozzio and warren cuccurullo. it starts like this: ‘my image is hard and my attitude heavy/ i’ll take you out with the things that i say/ i draw the crowds and whenever i’m ready/ i’ve got what it takes to blow them all away/ [chorus] cause i am one of the noticeable ones/ notice me/ i am one of the noticeable ones/ notice me.
