Pygeum is good to increase volume. Only bad side effect it makes certain guys pre-cum like a fountain and also makes you piss very frequently because it has a bit of a diuretic property

This is actually counter-productive. Drinking more water actually helps you to produce more cum. Drinking less doesn't "thicken it up", it merely decreases the amount of cum your body produces. If you want to thicken up your cum your best bet is to eat healthy, take some vitamins, exercise regularly, and don't cum 50 times a day...perhaps only a couple times a week is a better goal, lol.
