you really shouldn't wear one all day. medically speaking they're designed to allow blood flow IN but not OUT. it's fine for a short while of fun... but leaving it on too long (especially if it doesn't have an easy release) can cause you bi problems. it can't be much fun to go to the ER and get an intern to cut it off for you...
