I know its all about diet and exercise. That being said I want something to help boost those and I'm sure there is a thread in here but time changes all very quickly. Does anyone know of a good weight loss pill currently? Like the old school OxyElite Pro?? Any experiences?

I doubt they'll ever be able to get it as good as Oxyelite pro was... but USP Labs came out with EpiBURN which gets decent reviews and there's also Hydroxyelite by High-Tech Pharmaceuticals that's supposed to be as close to OxyElite as you can get. Just understand that these kind of supplements do come with a certain amount of risk obviously... and you're not likely to retain whatever you lose from taking them. I've found fat burners to be a good motivator to kickstart me and get me into good eating habits but beyond that they're no more useful than a good pre-workout.

I hate to be that guy but I would say stay away from those fat burners especially the ones with proprietary blends. How much of a difference is a legal fat burner going to aid in fat loss - maybe 5% difference. Is that worth risking your health?? Research the ingredients of those pills before you ingest it in your body. There is a reason why oxy elite pro is hard to find now-Google. If your some bodybuilder, fitness professional, or need to get under a certain weight in a short period of time I can understand. If you're just a regular person trying to lose some fat it's not really worth it.

To answer your question I would say a plain caffeine pill is pretty good. Also, Yohimbine HCL works really good but be careful some people have adverse reactions to it. I normally would use those pills only when I reach a fat loss plateau. If you take the pills when you begin your diet how do you know if it's the diet or the pills that is causing the fat loss.

There's no weight loss drug that works that isn't illegal, FACT. Those that are 'scientifically proven' will make a 0.01% difference in your physique. If you want to lose weight, consume less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, simple.

Incorrect. There are legal supplements that will take weight off of you. I'll agree that *most* are bullshit... but not all. The reason that they "don't work" is that often the lost weight is water weight AND the actual fat that is lost (and it most certainly can be a significant amount) will undoubtedly return (with a vengeance) once the supplement is no longer being taken unless you've also implemented changes in your life to support that loss. You can choose not to believe it if you'd like but you'll still be wrong. Fat burners aren't a great idea for most people as the risk/benefit ratio can be quite skewed. Also the temptation to abuse them is high... much higher than many people desperate to shed a pound can resist. If you use them in combination with adequate calorie restriction and ideally a decent work out regimen, they can be an effective aid. That's what they're meant to be... an aid.
