I dont think that this will have an impact. For sure BA had also hungarian models and may have filed in Hungary as well, but I guess much filming is done in Czech Republic or in Slovakia or elsewhere. Therefore, I do not consider that the political developments in Hungary will have an impact.

I know money is the main factor! But imagine you are a BA scout and you walk over to some straight lads from a gym or wherever they find them. You definitely cannot tell them for what you are casting them. So they will hand them over a card for a "model agency" or something, I assume. I guess 90% (if not more) will decline when they realize its about gay porn. But they are all so outstandingly good looking and all have big dicks. Therefore, you would need to find hundreds first to end up with 20 guys for the cam. I just cant imagine to find so many guys with these looks (and you might not know their dick size before a nude casting takes place).
So, its just a riddle for me how they do it but they are successful, no doubt.

I've often wondered that myself, but I guess once your brand is established the boys will come to you. Bel Ami have always been really good at merchandising so their product has been highly visible. That's the best kind of recruitment advertising you could wish for. Guys horny as hell but strapped for cash, put those two together and KAPOW!

Maybe but on the other side in the past they excluded their marketing from eastern Europe and the website and products were not visible their - but not sure if that is still the case? Anyone knows that?
In addition, I would assume that the company attracts especially young gay guys but I still have doubts that the new models are gay/bi.

What is interesting is that most of the models do end working for the company when their tenure is up. It is interesting that they would do behind the scenes stuff like Johan Paulik, Jack Harrer, Brandon Manilow, and others to notice. Most of them go on to being directors, cameramen, or producers in the short run. That's always the fascinating part.

Also, the sex is always bland to me. I'll glance at some Bel Ami photo sets, but don't bother watching the videos anymore because, like their 99.9% list of white models, once you've seen one you've seen them all.

And I agree with you there. I mean, I wished for diversity for Bel Ami, but unfortunately this was going to be the bread and butter for George. He's still there and I am afraid he is not going to change his stance. I mean, you could see other sites or companies for some diversity happening elsewhere. You just have to find it. Bel Ami is just not that place to look for.
