I'm not sure about weight loss, but fiber is great for keeping clean. You can pick up fiber capsules at most grocery stores; I think the ones made of psyllium husk are the best. Fiber just helps to keep you regular- if you get backed up it clears you out but if you use the bathroom too much it bulks up your stool so you go less. I take 3 pills twice a day. Also for me avoiding sweets or anything that irritates my belly; caffeine and cigarettes can be things to avoid also depending on your digestive health!
