i'm a digital strategist/entrepreneur. I run digital marketing projects for many firms.

I wish I could give specifics because I love my job and I'm good at it. I work for a government office under a collection of very influential people. Other than that....it's borderline political, and where I am it doesn't take much for someone to have an excuse to can someone they want to can. I am very careful to not give anyone any excuses.


I guess in the UK you'd use the term "sack," instead of "can."

It's not as bad as it seems. The same thing would happen to a person in the private sector if he or she pissed off the CEO, or if the CEO wants to make room for a friend/relative.

I also consider that "politics" and it also sucks

RSR(Route Service Rep) for Quest Diagnostics. I just ride in a car all day and collect specimens for processing. No hard work, just follow a route sheet(in a hand held computer...scanner), and drive and smile and greet clients. Make them happy and all is well.

I'd love to show off my skills, I've been at it 7 and a half years now. I've recently started practicing the latte art on my down time with my regular customers who aren't in a hurry... I'm getting pretty damn good.

I think I'd like my job a lot more if I wasn't at a knock off Starbucks. If I was at a high end, legit coffee shop I'd be all about it. Too bad there's not one anywhere near me.
